Privacy Policy
Who we are
Our website address is https://classykiddos.com.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt in to saving your name, email address, and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie includes no personal data and simply indicates the post ID of the article you just edited. It expires after 1 day.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Who we share your data with
If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Privacy Policy for the “Tug of War: Kids Brain Arena” Mobile App
Developer: Shahab Ud Din Last updated: 15/07/2026 Contact: https://shahabshaheen.com/contact-us/
This section of our Privacy Policy applies specifically to the “Tug of War: Kids Brain Arena” (Math Tug War) mobile application (“the App”), available on Google Play. The App is designed for children and families, and we are committed to protecting the privacy of all users, especially children, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Google Play’s Families Policy.
1. Information We Collect
The App does not require account creation, sign-in, or any personal information to use. The only data stored is:
- Sound preference (on/off) — stored locally on your device only, using Android’s standard local storage (
SharedPreferences). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.
The App does not collect names, email addresses, photos, location data, contacts, or any other personally identifiable information, and does not require the creation of a user profile of any kind.
2. Advertising
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob (a Google LLC service) to support free access to the App. Ads are configured to be shown under child-directed treatment as defined by COPPA, which means:
- Ads are not personalized based on browsing history, interests, or behavioral profiling.
- Ad content is restricted to a general audience (G) rating.
- The App does not knowingly transmit device advertising identifiers (AAID) in a manner inconsistent with Google Play’s Families Policy for child-directed apps.
Google AdMob may still collect limited technical data (such as general device information and non-personalized identifiers) as necessary to serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, even in non-personalized mode. This data is governed by Google’s own privacy policy, available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy
We do not control, and are not responsible for, the data practices of Google AdMob beyond configuring it for child-directed, non-personalized treatment as described above.
3. Data We Do Not Collect
We want to be explicit about what this App does not do:
- No account registration or login
- No collection of names, emails, or contact information
- No access to camera, microphone, contacts, or location
- No user-generated content or chat features
- No links to external websites or social media from within the App
- No in-app purchases
4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
This App is directed at children and complies with COPPA. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that personal information has been inadvertently collected from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal information through this App may contact us at the email address above to request review or deletion.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share any personal data with third parties. The only third-party service integrated into the App is Google AdMob, as described in Section 2, for the sole purpose of displaying advertisements.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Since the App does not collect or store any personal data on our servers (the only stored value is a local, on-device sound preference), there is no personal data for us to retain or delete. Uninstalling the App removes all locally stored data, including the sound preference.
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. As described above, we do not hold any personal data collected through the App. For any privacy-related questions or requests, contact us at the email address listed above.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this section of our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision.
9. Contact Us
If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or the App’s data practices, contact us.
